About Our Approach
The 2CG® Feelgood series is grounded in constructivism, translation science, medical qigong and physiotherapy. The integrated approach combines the metaphorical power of poetry with qigong bodywork and is tailored to the needs of people who want to learn and grow, recharge, relax and connect with their creative power. In small groups, we explore the subtle, sociable and creative side of Self. We invite you to embark on a journey to Self, define your strengths, and live them with gentleness.
